Building description
Holiday village in a quiet seafront location, with adjacent a large green area, a stone’s throw from the beach.
Each building (A and B) has 4 apartments on the ground floor with private garden and 4 on the first floor with balcony.
All flats are three-room apartments of the same size:
– type D: apartments on the first floor
– type D1: ground floor apartments with fenced garden
– type D2: seafront apartments on the ground floor with garden or on the first floor with balcony and sea view
Some apartments have beautiful sea views thanks to the new sliding glass doors with panoramic windows that lead from the living room to the garden/balcony.
Most of the ground floor apartments have a fenced garden suitable to our 4-legged friends.
Each apartment has a reserved and numbered parking place, for normal size cars, not for minivans or vans.
Small/medium-sized pets are allowed with a surcharge (maximum 1 per apartment).
Apartment description
Three-room apartment on the 1st floor with balcony for maximum 5 people composed of living/dining room with kitchenette, bedroom with three single beds, bedroom with two single beds and bathroom with shower and window.
All apartments have a reserved numbered parking place, air conditioning/heat pump, microwave, big fridge with separate freezer, American coffee machine, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, safe, mosquito nets.
Small/medium-sized pets are allowed with a surcharge (maximum 1 per apartment).

THE PRICES INCLUDE:

– Tv-Sat (with many Italian, German and foreign channels)
– Laundry and ironing room in a common area (only in the Ca’ del Pino Village)
EXTRA COSTS / EXCEPTIONS:
– Final cleaning: mandatory for all properties (€ 60,00 for types G/G1 and € 40,00 for the remaining types), except for the kitchenette which remains the guest’s responsibility
– Bicycles (with external operator): € 20,00 per week
– Tourist tax: € 1,15 per person per night for a maximum of 10 nights. Children up to 4 years of age do not pay
– Small/medium-sized pets: € 30,00 per week (maximum 1 per apartment). Its presence must be communicated in advance, before the arrival
